Shipping

We offer worldwide flat-rate shipping, with standard and express service options via Australia Post, as well as courier options through UPS and DHL.

Please note that we ship at a minimum on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, Melbourne time, from Australia.

We may consolidate your order with others and use a variety of shipping companies. Most of our orders are delivered within 7-14 days of dispatch.

You'll receive a tracking number and complimentary insurance up to $100 on each order.

Chocolate and the weather don't always play nicely. Unfortunately, we can't control your parcel once it's sent, but a quick bang in the fridge can do wonders!

Due to the nature of the products we export, we do not accept returns. However, if something is amiss, please drop us a line (nedd@treatsfromoz.com), and we'll do our best to make it right for you.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may be imposed by your country. We recommend doing your research beforehand to understand any potential charges.

We reserve the right to decline to fulfill your order (sorry, but sometimes it just doesn't make sense).
